A true small, family owned business in Tucson, Arizona.

Danny Loya grew up in the Old Pueblo. As a kid he loved exploring the desert, searching for fossils & scaling the Tucson Mountains. He worked with his father as a tile setter from a very young age. At 18, he started his own installation business and quickly gained a reputation as an installer who focused on highly detailed and and artistic designs & became sought after by top builders and designers. He turned to entrepreneurship and co-founded GG Tile and Stone in Green Valley, Arizona which remains a successful business today.

Inspired by his mother, Danny opened a new business, Loya’s Courtyard. Martha (Danny’s Mother) had the largest pottery store in Tucson on Oracle Rd. He expanded the family business by opening up Loya’s Courtyard right next door. Danny and his wife Jessica, added statues, fountains and other outdoor decor that compliments his mother’s pottery. The family opened up access between the two businesses so now customers can shop at both places for a complete shopping experience. Loya’s Courtyard also has an indoor showroom with beautiful selections for interior design.

Danny travels to Mexico frequently to find new unique concrete and iron artwork to introduce to his customers. Danny has become very close friends with the artists he works with. In fact, he designs most of the large metal sculptures and collaborates with artists to create the amazing sculptures you see today. Loya’s Courtyard is known for its colossal metal dinosaur sculptures which accent the Arizona skyline allowing dinosaurs to once again thrive in the Old Pueblo.
